Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) govern the purchase of products sold by G. Inglese Srls, with registered office at Piazza Marconi 22, 74013 Ginosa (TA), Italy, VAT No. 03019800733, through the website www.g-inglese.com.

By purchasing products via the website, the Customer fully accepts these GTCS.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by G. Inglese. In case of non-acceptance, G. Inglese will promptly notify the Customer.

3. Purchase Procedure

The available products are those listed at the time of the order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
The Customer must complete the order form in all its parts and may request an invoice pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633/1972.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit Card
• Bank Transfer (subject to a €5.00 surcharge)

G. Inglese does not store credit card data.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 4 weeks from order confirmation.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty within 14 days of receiving the products, by sending written notice to info@g-inglese.com.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

8. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Taranto, Italy.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the website are protected by copyright and may not be used without authorization.

11. Contract Amendments

Any amendments must be approved in writing by both parties.

12. Communications

All communications must be sent by email or registered mail with return receipt to the official addresses provided.
