Partial use: the remaining balance can be used on future orders until fully spent
Currency: all balances are issued and redeemed in Euro (€)

A: Your Digital Gift Card will be sent by email to the address specified at checkout. The message will include the unique code, the selected amount and, if you wish, your personal greeting to the recipient.

A: The Physical Gift Card is prepared in our atelier, carefully presented inside an elegant G. Inglese envelope and then shipped to the address you indicate. You can choose between standard or express delivery during checkout.

A: Yes. The available balance can be used over one or several orders, until the total value of the gift card has been fully redeemed.

A: At present, gift cards are primarily designed for use on g-inglese.com. For special requests or to use a gift card in person at our atelier in Ginosa, please contact us directly and we will be pleased to assist you.

Q: What happens if the order total is higher or lower than the gift card balance?
A: If the order total exceeds the available balance, the recipient may simply pay the difference using any of the accepted payment methods. If the total is lower, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

A: Our standard return policy applies to all purchases made with a gift card. If a return is approved, the refund will be credited back to the remaining gift card balance, rather than issued in cash.
