Gift cards cannot be converted to cash. Approved returns are credited back to the card balance.

How long is the gift card valid?

Twenty-four months from the date of delivery. Any remaining balance stays on the card after each order, so the experience can unfold at the recipient’s own pace.

How is it redeemed at checkout?

The card arrives by e-mail with a personal code. At checkout, the code is entered in the gift card field and the amount is applied instantly — to ready-to-wear, fragrances, or a made-to-measure commission.

Can it be used for a made-to-measure shirt?

Yes — this is what it was made for. The recipient books a consultation, we take measurements and choose fabrics together, and the card’s value is applied to the commission. If the shirt exceeds the balance, the difference is simply paid at checkout.

When does the recipient receive it?

The digital card is sent to the recipient’s e-mail immediately after purchase, with your message typeset as on the preview. The physical card is prepared in our atelier and shipped in an elegant envelope, with standard or express delivery chosen at checkout.

Can the card be used in the Ginosa atelier?

Gift cards are primarily designed for use on g-inglese.com. For special requests, or to use a card in person at our atelier in Ginosa, contact us directly and we will be pleased to assist you.

Can items bought with a gift card be returned?

Our standard return policy applies. If a return is approved, the refund is credited back to the remaining gift card balance, rather than issued in cash.
