Balance carries over
The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on future orders until fully spent.
Euro (€)
All balances are issued and redeemed in Euro, whatever the recipient’s country.
Not exchangeable for cash
Gift cards cannot be converted to cash. Approved returns are credited back to the card balance.
One gift at a time
Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards; combination with promotions depends on current terms.
How it works

Everything worth knowing before you give. For anything else, the atelier replies personally — every day, in your language.
Ask the atelierTwenty-four months from the date of delivery. Any remaining balance stays on the card after each order, so the experience can unfold at the recipient’s own pace.
The card arrives by e-mail with a personal code. At checkout, the code is entered in the gift card field and the amount is applied instantly — to ready-to-wear, fragrances, or a made-to-measure commission.
Yes — this is what it was made for. The recipient books a consultation, we take measurements and choose fabrics together, and the card’s value is applied to the commission. If the shirt exceeds the balance, the difference is simply paid at checkout.
The digital card is sent to the recipient’s e-mail immediately after purchase, with your message typeset as on the preview. The physical card is prepared in our atelier and shipped in an elegant envelope, with standard or express delivery chosen at checkout.
Gift cards are primarily designed for use on g-inglese.com. For special requests, or to use a card in person at our atelier in Ginosa, contact us directly and we will be pleased to assist you.
Our standard return policy applies. If a return is approved, the refund is credited back to the remaining gift card balance, rather than issued in cash.
